What is included in the courses?

Within the course, you'll have access to videos, manuals, and lots of bonus information surrounding the course subject. You'll also gain access to the members area, where you can ask questions and discuss subjects with other members.

When do I get my certificate?

You will be able to download your certificate directly from the course once you have completed all of the lessons.

What happens if I get stuck with something?

If you're unsure about something or have questions about your course, you can either ask them in the community area (accessible from the members page) or contact us directly via email.

What does my certificate confirm?

Your certificate confirms that you are trained and certified in your qualification by a BAAS-Accredited training provider.

How long will I have access to the course?

Once you have purchased a course, you will have lifetime access. This includes when courses are updated and extended.

Where can I find my e-manual?

You can locate your e-manual within the course lessons.

Where do I access my course once I've logged out?

You can access all of your purchased courses by going to the Members area.
